Gardens for Wildlife program

Our Gardens for Wildlife program (G4W) helps residents create a garden habitat for native wildlife, and to contribute to our strategic wildlife corridors.

Components of the program include:

  • registering for the autumn or spring G4W intakes;
  • attending the introductory workshop at VINC: Victorian Indigenous Nurseries Coop;
  • receiving special visits to your home by VINC staff to help you design your garden;
  • receiving a completed garden assessment and plan as well as a voucher for 10 free plants from VINC to kick your garden off; and
  • attending a celebration day to build nesting boxes for participants’ gardens.
