You, or the organisations that transports you, may be entitled to use accessible parking bays or to park for longer periods in standard bays through Victoria's APP Scheme (Accessible Parking Permit).
To do so, you will need an assessment by your general practitioner or occupational therapist.
You may apply as a driver or passenger with the new online or paper form only.

If you believe your GP or occupational therapist has incorrectly assessed your mobility issue or medical condition, you may seek a second opinion. You would then start a new application, with an assessment undertaken by a different GP or occupational therapist.
