Paying your account

You can also organise for your account to be paid regularly or once off.

You keep complete control

You are able to change your payment arrangements at any time, please ensure you give us written notice at least 3 working days prior to the next deduction date.

Just because you choose to have your accounts paid automatically, doesn't mean you can't query your account, you will always keep complete control of your account.

Setting up direct debit

1. Fill out the direct debit request form to arrange paying your account with us.
2. We'll action your completed request within 10 days or get back to you to discuss if we have any questions.

All accounts with the exception of child care services, can be paid using the methods listed.
