Pay your special charges

You can now pay current and outstanding instalments and special charges with our online self-service tool.

You will be able to

  • view all current or outstanding invoices or special charges due
  • select which you want to pay
  • have the option to pay in full or make a partial payment.

Note: Post Billpay is still a valid method to pay any balances. For your convenience, this page will guide you through our self-service tool.

Paying special charges

Step 1.Search

Using our online self-service tool, enter the scheme assessment (account) number found under the Property and Scheme Information section on your annual or instalment notice.

It must match exactly with what is on your invoice. Be sure to include the whole number, including decimal places, for example 76.00232231.

Select Next to authenticate your account details.

Step 2.Amount

You will be presented with a current balance of your special rates and charges assessment. You can:

  • pay in full
  • pay a partial amount on the instalment.

However, you cannot overpay what is owing to be in credit.

Select Submit to review the assessment numbering being paid and the amount.

Step 3.Payment

Select Pay. Use a Visa or Mastercard to make payment. It may take until the next business day for your account to reflect payment.

Step 4.Receipt

Download and keep the receipt for your records.

Step 5.Hardship

You can apply for hardship assistance when paying your rates and associated special charges. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
