Use this form to apply for development plan approval.

Before you start

To help you complete this form, there are details you need to know and documentation you must have, including:

• current copy of title (obtained within the last 3 months, purchase a current copy of your title at LANDATA)
• description of what the application is for
• written response to relevant planning controls and obligations listed in agreements associated with the property title
• credit card to pay the $690 application fee 
• copies of plans and any other additional information.
