Land manager consent for public property works

Use this form to get consent before carrying out works on a property your organisation uses and we own or manage (comparable to a tenant asking a landlord for permission).

Tell us about your projects. We will:

1. consider project details
2. let you know if we need clarification or more detail
3. let you know the outcome within 28 days (excluding time you need to prepare and submit extra details).

Keep in mind:

• If your group is likely to carry out a series of works for the same property over 12 months, complete this application form only once with all details.
• If your group is under a parent organisation, the application must be completed by that larger organisation.
• No consent is required if we are fully funding and managing the project.

Prior to the commencement of works, you will require from your contractor:

• Safe work method statement (SWMS)
• Site-specific risk assessment (JSEA)
• Work cover registration certificate
• Certificate of currency for public liability insurance $20M
• Copy of the building permit (if applicable)
• Utility service provider permissions (if applicable).
