Request for adjoining land owner contacts (protection works)

If the building surveyor on your build has requested protection works notice (under Form 6) to be applied to your neighbours' properties, you can apply to receive those neighbour’s contact details.

Before you begin

To submit the form:

• you will need to know all the street addresses that your building surveyor has requested you to apply protection notice to
• you must be the owner of the property where works are taking place or the building surveyor
• a complete Form 6 document issued by your surveyor must be attached.

After you submit

Once we receive your request, we will assess the addresses you have provided to confirm they are adjoining properties. If so, we will release property owners' names to you. We cannot provide email or phone numbers.
