Interrupted FOGO collection service for 30 October

Due to fleet issues, some FOGO collections were not possible on Friday 30 October: this includes FOGO bins for part of Greensborough, Bundoora and Watsonia. Place bins out on Saturday 31 October to be emptied. We apologise for any inconvenience.
