Due to fleet issues, some collections were not possible on 11 September in parts of Watsonia, Watsonia North and a small part of Greensborough east of the bypass. Place bins out on Saturday 12 September to be emptied then.

Liveable Housing Design Guidelines were adopted by Council in early 2013, supported by clause 21.06, Built Environment, Objective 4, Housing Change of the Banyule Planning Scheme which states: 'Encourage design that meets the needs of people with impaired mobility and other special needs, or can be adapted to meet such needs.'
