Request report and consent dispensation

Use this form to request an exemption from the requirements listed in the Building Regulations 2018.

More specifically, each regulation under Part 5 for design and siting and Part 6 for projections beyond street alignment.

Before you start

You will need:

a list of all the regulations the project does not meet the requirements of
copies of plans and any other additional information about the project to support your request
a credit card to pay the application fee of $461.43.
