Banyule BPI permit fees

All fees on this page are a guide only, reflect work done within Banyule Council and are applicable until 30 June 2025. 

Fees do not include lodgment, administration and government levy fees, and are subject to variation based on complexity of the project, location and number of inspections required.

Additional costs regarding performance solution, partial compliance and protection works may apply.

Written quotes

For written quotations for your project, including all works outside of Banyule Council, email us at inspections@banyulebpi.com.au and include:

  • copy of working drawings
  • copy of engineering drawings
  • description of works
  • estimated cost
