Amend a planning permit under secondary consent

Use this form to:

  • make minor amendment to your endorsed plans
  • get written consent from a responsible authority for a variation of the requirements within a condition of a planning permit.

Things to know

We cannot consider a change under secondary consent that:

  • may significantly alter the proposal
  • require primary consent
  • break or modify any conditions contained within a planning permit.

Any proposed amendment that may damage any party or is required to be advertised to the public cannot be considered under secondary consent. These proposals should be lodged as a Section 72 Amendment.

A responsible authority has the right to decline your proposal.

Before you begin

You will need:

  • your current planning permit number and amendments
  • copies of your plans, images and any supporting documentation
  • a credit card to pay any application fees.
