Bond refund request

Use this form to request a final inspection for permits relating to asset protection, works within road reserves, vehicle crossings and footpath reinstatement.

Have the following things handy before starting the form:

  • permit number, property address
  • bond details including: bond receipt number, amount paid, date paid, BSB and account number.

  • Bonds are returned to the party who made the original payment - Ensure the name and account provided in this form matches the name on the original Bond receipt.
    If you need the Bond to be returned to another account, you will be required to provide a bank statement that shows the account name, the transaction date and payment amount.
