Socialising dogs in public spaces
Next date: Tuesday, 17 November 2026 | 06:00 PM
to 07:30 PM
Sharing public spaces with our dogs can be rewarding, but it also comes with responsibilities.
Join Underdog Training for an educational seminar exploring what it means to raise a well-adjusted, socially responsible dog.
You will learn about training, management and the everyday choices we can make to support our dogs while considering the needs of the wider community.
The seminar will also explore how to find the right balance between training and management, helping you get the best out of the relationship between you and your dog.
Who this is for
This seminar is for dog owners and anyone who would like to better understand dog socialisation, responsible ownership and managing dogs in shared public spaces.
Why this is important
Positive experiences in public spaces depend on both dogs and their owners. Understanding socialisation, training and appropriate management can help support a better experience for your dog and the people and animals around you.
This is a dog-free event. Please leave your dog at home.
