Get help completing your Census

If you missed completing your Census on Census Night, you can get help from a Census representative at Shop 48.

The representative can assist you with completing your Census and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Who should attend

This session is for residents who were unable to complete their Census on Tuesday 11 August and would like support to submit their form.

What to expect

Please bring your Census instruction letter, which contains your unique Census number, or your paper Census form. As most Census forms are completed online, you are encouraged to bring a smartphone, laptop or tablet if you have one available.

Residents can drop in during the session to receive assistance and complete their Census.

Shop 48 is accessible via bus routes 250, 350, 513, 514, 549 and 903. The closest train station is Heidelberg Station on the Hurstbridge Line.
