Musicians and singer opportunity registration

Any local musicians and singers can use this form to be considered for and added to our list of performers. The list is used to support how we program our main festivals and events, as well as other Council initiatives. Also if you specifically allow, some non-Council opportunities with community groups or at local shopping precincts.

  • Expressing interest does not guarantee participation at an event. We will make contact if we have a performance opportunity suitable for you.
  • You may save your draft at any point and return to complete it. Only you can access your saved draft.

Criteria

A strong connection to Banyule by either residing, working (majority of creative practice based in Banyule), or full-time study.

Before you apply

To help you complete the form on this page, there are important details that you need to be clear on and have on hand including:

  • connection to the local Banyule area
  • an artist or band statement or biography
  • knowledge of available equipment or needs
  • photos or links to performances, websites and/or social media posts demonstrating what you do.

Your personal information provided when using this form is being collected by us, Banyule Council:

  • to add to our records for future programming opportunities
  • to correspond with the nominated applicant and any other nominated contact
  • for other directly or reasonably related purposes.

The information may be made available to relevant officers within Council. Information provided may also be shared with external stakeholders/groups known to Council wanting to engage local artists, only applicable to applicant who opt in to 'share details'.

The information may also be used as part of our commitment to continuously improve our services. Without collection of your personal information, we will not be able to provide these services.
