Cedars Memorial Wall

• apply for a place in at the Cedars memorial wall to purchase a wall position (perpetuity);
• apply for approval to inter cremated human remains. To do this go to Department of Health, Cemeteries and Crematoria: Interment of cremated remains;
• decide on plaque wording and place order with cemetery. Review the wall plaque information;
• pay fees (for position and plaque);
• collect cremated remains from funeral director or crematorium;
• look after remains or authorise funeral director to deliver cremated remains to cemetery, or deliver cremated remains to cemetery for safe keeping until interment; and
• book the day and time for interment with cemetery.

Garden bed or rotunda

• apply for a place in the wall niche: Application to purchase a garden position (25 years) or Application to purchase a garden position (perpetuity);
• apply for approval to inter cremated human remains. To do this go to Department of Health, Cemeteries and Crematoria: Interment of cremated remains;
• decide on plaque wording and place order with cemetery. Review the garden and rotunda plaque information;
• pay fees (for position and plaque);
• collect cremated remains from funeral director or crematorium;

• book the day and time for interment with cemetery.
