The Financial Plan 2025-2035 outlines how we will remain financially sustainable with an outlook of at least 10 years while continuing to deliver services, maintain assets and support community priorities. It defines the broad fiscal boundaries for the Banyule Plan, Asset Plan, and other strategic plans of Banyule.
To achieve this, we will manage spending responsibly, improve efficiency, reduce debt, maintain strong cash reserves, invest in infrastructure, and seek external funding opportunities.
The plan benefits our community by helping us maintain high-quality services, keep infrastructure and public spaces in good condition, manage rates responsibly, and continue investing in facilities, sustainability initiatives and projects that support Banyule’s future growth and wellbeing.
