Due to fleet issues, some collections were not possible on Tuesday 5 August in parts of Greensborough and Yallambie. Place bins out on Wednesday 6 August to be emptied then.If your bin day is Wednesday 6 August, place bins out on the day. If your bin is missed, then please place it out on Thursday 7 August to be emptied. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Local businesses can organise a weekly bin collection service. We provide a 240-litre bin that is emptied weekly.
Bins must be placed out the night before collection in a location our trucks can reach.
We will not pick up waste that has been left beside the bin. Overfilled bins and bins weighing over 45kg will not be collected.
Bins will be emptied every Tuesday.
Bins will be emptied every Thursday.
The Thursday service for southern areas in Banyule is fully booked and new service requests are not being accepted.

The service charge is $875.50 annually per bin (inclusive of GST). This is a minimum 3-month service.
