Mixed booked waste collections

With a booking, we collect waste items that don't fit in your FOGO, recycling and rubbish bins.

Booked collections have size limits.
They are also limited to mattresses, hard waste and bundled branches.

One booking collection = one waste type collected

If multiple types of waste need to be collected - for example an old mattress, a bed frame and broken furniture - 2 individual bookings are needed, and can be arranged by submitting the booked waste form twice.

• First for one type of waste, for instance the mattress collection, as a single booked collection size
• Then another booking, for the other waste type, the hardwaste collection.

Each booking will have its own collection date that you can pick, based on availability.

Collection allocations for the property will be used for each booking. Two single size waste collection bookings will use a total of 2 allocations. Collection allocation balances reset on 1 January.
