Application is to amend a permit for

Development of one (1) dwelling and associated buildings and works, fencing, tennis court and associated vegetation removal  under  Rural  Conservation  Zone  (RCZ1),  Land  Subject  to  Inundation  Overlay  (LSIO),  Environmental Significance Overlay – Schedule 1 (ESO1) and Significant Landscape Overlay - Schedule 1 (SLO1)

Amendments to the permit include

  • Construct or carry out works, removal of vegetation and construction of a fence in the Significant Landscape Overlay (Schedule 5);
  • Removal of tennis court;
  • Deletion of Condition 13-16;
  • Change in dwelling location, addition of roof to horse menage, alternative fence design, landscaping outcome and other buildings and works.

  • Clause 44.04-2: Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) - Construct or carry out works
