Extension to an existing dwelling exceeding 6 metres above ground level in a Significant Landscape Overlay – Schedule 1 (SLO1)

Amendments to the permit include

Planning Scheme Clause and Matter for which a permit is required

Clause 42.02-2: Vegetation Protection Overlay – Schedule 3 (VPO3) - Remove, destroy or lop any vegetation specified in a schedule to this overlay.
Clause 42.03-2: Significant Landscape Overlay – Schedule 1 (SLO1) - Construct a building or construct or carry out works, and Remove, destroy or lop any vegetation specified in a schedule to this overlay.
Clause 52.37: Canopy Trees - Remove, destroy or lop a canopy tree in the Neighbourhood Residential Zone.
