Private building surveyor

Private building surveyors working on a project in Banyule must submit certain paperwork to us, as required by Section 80, s73 and s30 of the Building Act 1993.

Complete the following form to:

  • notify us of your appointment (a Relevant Building Surveyor Reporting form s80)
  • supply an approved building permit (s30)
  • submit additional documentation such as a final certificate, occupancy permit etc (s73).

As part of completing this form, you will be asked to:

  • submit electronic copies of plans and documentation
  • pay the application fee using a credit card.
