Share your experience of extreme heat in Banyule.

We are working with the University of Melbourne to better understand how heat affects at-risk residents, particularly renters and those facing energy-cost pressures.

As temperatures rise, some members of the community are more affected by extreme heat than others. The project aims to better understand how households cope during hot weather, the challenges they face, and how councils can support residents and landlords to adapt to increasing heat.

Your feedback

Your feedback will help shape future programs, services and heat adaptation initiatives.

By sharing your experiences, you can help build a clearer picture of how extreme heat affects people across Banyule. Findings will help inform future heat adaptation initiatives, community programs and support services for residents who may be most at risk.

Survey

The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete and is open to Banyule residents aged 18 and over. Participation is voluntary and anonymous.

You may also choose to take part in an additional interview to share their experiences in more detail.
