This July, young buccaneers be called to set sail on a Plastic-Free Pirate Scavenger Hunt! Grab yer eye patch, follow the map, and uncover secret messages, all while learnin’ how to protect our oceans from the scurvy plastic pollution that’s takin’ over the seven seas!

This swashbucklin’ quest will teach wee pirates the ways of reusing, recycling, and saying “no thanks” to single-use plastic. Fun, challenges, and planet-savin’ await!

This is a self guided quest!

Sail down to Ivanhoe Library and Cultural Hub, meet the crew at the service desk, spy the plastics, and earn yer green pirate badge!

Ivanhoe Library and Cultural Hub has accessible parking, a drop-off zone at the front of the building, wheelchair access (everywhere except for the mezzanine), hearing loop system (only can be used with our internal PA systems), accessibility lifts, changing places and accessible hoist-equipped toilets.
