Artists in residence TACAS

Textile Art Community Art Space (TACAS) is a not-for-profit, community membership organisation based in Heidelberg West. The artists and makers at TACAS reclaim and reuse discarded textiles and found objects. Most of the artworks and products that they create uses household and industrial waste, as well as natural materials.

They challenge themselves to find new ways to use what others discard. This year, TACAS celebrated their 10th Anniversary.

Come and visit TACAS in the studios at ILCH, or join in one of their many drop-in workshops across the 7 weeks. For visiting hours, please refer to calendar on studio door.

They will spark your creativity and help you to see everyday materials in different ways!

Location

Open during business hours. Parking is available at ILCH. Venue is a 5-minute walk from Ivanhoe Train Station. The 510 and 548 bus routes stop at the venue.
