The special charge scheme policy outlines the framework for Council, and property owners alike to follow for implementing Special Charge Schemes (SCS).

SCS assist to fund the construction of new infrastructure locally. For instance sealing of gravel or unconstructed roads and construction of new drainage, kerb and channels and footpaths.
