The Waste Recovery Centre is currently unable to accept garden organics (FOGO), rubble and higher strength materials (including construction formwork plywood, poles, sleepers and oriented strand board) due to equipment repairs. This plan is a step-by-step methodology for the Council to follow in identifying, designating, establishing, maintaining and decommissioning neighbourhood safer places (NSPs). The Council must consider each of the factors set out in this Plan. It should also consider other factors which are specific to the Council's circumstances, including the resources available to the Council.
