10-Year Financial Plan

The Financial Plan is a plan of the financial and non-financial resources for at least the next 10 years required to achieve The Banyule Plan and other strategic plans of Council.

The Financial Plan defines the broad fiscal boundaries for the Banyule Plan, Asset Plan, other supporting policies and strategies, and budgets processes.

It also aims to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services to the community, provide job security and stability for our valued workforce, and meet capital requirements while investing in new infrastructure. The Financial Plan offers context and structure to many innovative financial strategies adopted by Council over the years, including our strategic approach to property acquisition and development.
