Application is to amend a permit for

Development of an apartment building in the GRZ and DDO12, removal of vegetation and alteration to access to a road in a Road Zone - Category 1

Amendments to the permit include

New windows with screening to eastern elevation of Units G.13, 3.12 and 2.16
New windows with screening to western elevation of Units 2.06, 2.08, 3.05 and 4.01  Deletion of external access stair to basement carpark in front setback
Internal balcony privacy screens changed from glass to metal batten
Minor change to retaining wall position around site services in front setback
