Arts and culture program

Banyule boasts both a rich cultural heritage and a dynamic creative community. Our significant Aboriginal heritage and strong links to the Heidelberg School art movement are supported by a vibrant contemporary artistic culture and an increasingly diverse community.
Our Banyule Arts and Culture Program is carefully curated to increase the role cultural activity plays in creating meaning in our daily lives. We deliver these experiences to our community through:
- art exhibitions
- community festivals
- networking events
- workshops
- public art
- professional development opportunities
- and much more.
Through these experiences, your creativity will be stimulated and you will gain new knowledge, ideas and insights through the arts.
