Ivanhoe Aquatic

Ivanhoe Aquatic has now reopened as normal without the need for patrons to pre-book for Pool, Spa, Gym, Group Fitness, Aqua Aerobics or Swim with the Kids. All activities are operating under social distancing guidelines and patron restrictions per square metre.

Look at our group fitness timetable during Easter break and times effective from 6 April onwards to see if and when your favourite group fitness class is on.

Managing memberships

All existing memberships automatically restarted from Monday 4 January 2021. You can still apply to suspend your membership further.

New memberships

We are now accepting new memberships at Ivanhoe Aquatic. Come down to the centre to chat to one of our Customer Service staff about any of our many membership options.

Paid memberships

If you have paid 1, 3, 6 or yearly membership, your remaining time as at 23 March 2020 will be added to the expiry date when we reactivate all memberships. For example, if you have a 3-month membership and had 45 days remaining on 23 March 2020, then 45 days will be added to your membership.

You will not lose membership time or access to services, programs and facilities that you have paid for.

Multi-visit pass holders

The expiry date of your pass will be extended for the period the centre was closed Monday 23 March 2020 and January 4 2021.

If you paid for your membership via direct debit, payments stopped from your nominated account on Monday 23 March 2020.

Payments will recommence when we reactivate all memberships on Monday 4 January 2021.

Suspending a direct debit

If you wish to suspend your membership and direct debit payment beyond Monday 4 January 2021, you must notify us by email.

Swim school payments

Fortnightly direct debit payments for students enrolled in Semester 1 2020 Swim School at Ivanhoe Aquatic were suspended from 23 March 2020. The swim program did not resume or throughout the remainder of 2020, and direct debits remained suspended unless we received written advice from you to cancel them.

With the commencement of the semester 1 2021 program on Monday 1 February, all direct debit accounts have been reactivated with the automatic rollover of your child(ren) booking into lessons.

If you do not wish to continue with the program, please suspend your booking online or email us at leisure.enquiries@banyule.vic.gov.au
