All existing memberships automatically restarted from Monday 4 January 2021. You can still apply to suspend your membership further.
We are now accepting new memberships at Ivanhoe Aquatic. Come down to the centre to chat to one of our Customer Service staff about any of our many membership options.
If you have paid 1, 3, 6 or yearly membership, your remaining time as at 23 March 2020 will be added to the expiry date when we reactivate all memberships. For example, if you have a 3-month membership and had 45 days remaining on 23 March 2020, then 45 days will be added to your membership.
You will not lose membership time or access to services, programs and facilities that you have paid for.
Multi-visit pass holders
The expiry date of your pass will be extended for the period the centre was closed Monday 23 March 2020 and January 4 2021.
If you paid for your membership via direct debit, payments stopped from your nominated account on Monday 23 March 2020.
Payments will recommence when we reactivate all memberships on Monday 4 January 2021.
