Application is to amend a permit for

Multi Dwelling Development - Building and works for the construction of seven (7) dwellings including building and works within  a  Design  and  Development  Overlay  (DDO11)  and  Significant  Landscape  Overlay  (SLO1),  vegetation  removal  and alteration to access to a Road Zone, Category 1

Amendments to the permit include

  • Increasing the building height for Unit 5 & Unit 6 (retrospective)
  • Deletion of Condition 1a for restriction of the maximum building height for Unit 5 and Unit 6
  • Minor alteration to the vehicle crossover in accordance with Department of Transport approval and surface material change
  • A security gate added to the pedestrian entrance
  • Relocation of the underground 14,000L rainwater tank
  • Change of the materials for terrace screening
  • Introduction of stairway access to basement theatrette rooms of Unit 1 and Unit 2

  • Clause 43.02-2: Design and Development Overlay – Schedule 11-3 (DDO11-3) - Construct a building or construct or carry out works
  • Clause 52.29: Land Adjacent to the Principal Road Network - Create or alter access to a road in a Transport Zone 2
