Building information from the last 10 years

Use this form to request building information for any works carried out within the last 10 years on a specific property.

Applications for properties outside of Banyule cannot be processed.

Please note: property information requests under Reg 51 Part 2 must be submitted via Banyule Planning Department instead.

Before you begin

Your contact details including an email address for receipt of the request and return of the related documents.
A postal address - if required.
Address of the property
A valid credit card to pay the $53.60 fee (per request, up to $107.20 can be charged per submission).
