Annual community satisfaction survey
Published on 11 February 2021
Councils in Victoria participate in a Victorian Government Community Satisfaction Survey every year to provide ongoing feedback on services and general satisfaction.
We are participating again this year, which involves a telephone survey of 400 randomly selected Banyule residents from mid-February to March 2021. It is conducted by an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
The survey is in similar format across most councils, and has been designed to assess a range of measures and service delivery to residents. The sample size provides a representative sample of residents, and participation is optional. Individual responses are confidential and non-identifiable, with results aggregated.
If contacted, your participation is appreciated.
