Maternal and Child Health
We are currently transitioning from booked tele-health appointments to face to face consultations. This is starting for children aged 12 months and under, then working through older age groups. This will take time to take effect, so please be patient with us as we make all appointment adjustments.
Please wear a face mask when you attend a centre consultation - in line with the requirements of the Victorian Government. Children under 12 are not required to wear covering, but parents and guardians are.
We provide a free service for all families with children from birth to school age.
We can help you understand if your child is healthy and their development is on track, check your health, give you breastfeeding tips, connect you with other new parents, listen and refer you to other services.
Your Maternal and Child Health Nurse is a friendly face and a health and wellbeing expert. If you are new to the area and have children between birth and 4 years, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us on 9457 9990 to make an appointment
