Facility subsidy grants

A pool of $19,323 is available and applicants can apply for a subsidy up to $1,100.

We manage a wide range of community centres, halls and venues that are available for hire by the community.

Rental fees for these facilities can limit opportunities for groups to access them. This program assists with hall hire to not-for-profit groups in our community.

You must read the full guidelines(PDF, 176KB) and speak with a Council officer before submitting your application.

Facility booking

Before you submit an application, you must make a tentative booking of your desired facility.

You will be provided with a booking number, which you will need to include in your application.

A bond is required for all bookings, regardless of the grant being approved. If your event is reliant on receiving funding for it to occur, and you do not receive a grant, your bond will be fully refunded.
