Application is to amend a permit for

  • Use of land for a restricted recreation use, buildings and works for construction of a Section 2 use and construction of two or more dwellings within the General Residential Zone and Buildings and works within the Design and Development Overlay – DDO11; and
  • Use of land for accommodation and restricted recreation use, buildings and works for construction of a section 2 use within the Commercial 1 zone and buildings and works within the Design and Development Overlay – DDO12.

Amendments to the permit include

  • Construction of two or more dwellings within the General Residential Zone and buildings and works within the Design and Development Overlay – DDO11-5
  • Use of land within the Commercial 1 Zone for the purpose of accommodation with a ground floor frontage exceeding 2 metres, buildings and works within the Commercial 1 Zone and buildings and works within the Design and Development Overlay – DDO12

  • Clause 32.08-7 General Residential Zone – Schedule 1 (GRZ1) - A permit is required to construct two or more dwellings on a lot
  • Clause 34.01-4 Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) - A permit is required is required to use land for the purposes of accommodation if the ground floor frontage exceeds 2 metres.  A permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works
  • Clause 43.02-2 Design and Development Overlay (DDO11-5) - A permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works
