Pay your invoices

You can now pay current and outstanding invoices with our online self-service tool.

You will be able to

  • view all current or outstanding invoices due
  • select which you want to pay
  • have the option to pay in full or make a partial payment.

Note: Post Billpay is still a valid method to pay any balances. For your convenience, this page will guide you through our self-service tool.

Paying instalment invoices

Step 1.Search

Using our online self-service tool, enter the account number found on the top right of your invoice.

You will then be asked to enter your full last name or the complete business name found on the top left of your invoice. Account numbers and names must match exactly with what is on your invoice.

Select Next to authenticate your account details.

Step 2.Select

You will be presented with a list of all current or outstanding invoices against your account. You can:

  • select all and pay in full
  • select an individual instalment invoice and pay in full
  • pay a partial amount.

However, you cannot overpay what is owing to be in credit.

Select Next for a summary of what you are about to pay. If you need to make changes, select Back and enter in new amounts.

Step 3.Payment

Use a Visa or Mastercard to make payment. It may take until the next business day for your account to reflect payment.

Step 4.Receipt

Download and keep the receipt for your records.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you can contact our Revenue Services Team to discuss a payment arrangement by calling 9490 4222.
