We are surveying our customers to understand, measure and improve the customer experience we offer. There is a chance if you have been in touch with us over the past 3 months, you may be contacted and asked about your customer service experience.
Calls asking for your feedback will be from Zing Insights, our research partner, engaged as an independent customer service benchmarking company.
The survey will run for approximately 3 weeks, starting 11 February 2022. We have passed on limited customer information to Zing Insights to support this initiative with strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
We will use the feedback to track performance and identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
