The forum is about more than just information, it is about building a community that cares for our local environment. It is a time to connect, share knowledge and take responsibility for the trees and green spaces that make our city special. A thriving urban forest needs everyone working together to create green spaces that will last for generations.

At the event, you’ll hear from Council staff about current projects, future plans and challenges. We will also have a guest speaker with expert advice on urban forest care and the role of the community. There will be time for questions, sharing ideas, and joining the conversation.

By coming along, you will be part of a lively discussion that celebrates successes, looks at challenges and helps guide our future.

We plan to hold a couple of community forums each year to keep the conversation going. Don’t miss the chance to get involved, learn, and help shape a greener future!
