Council meeting live stream: 3 May 2021

The Ordinary Council Meeting for 3 May 2021 will be will be held in person on Level 4, 1 Flintoff Street Greensborough and you can watch the streamed now on this page and via Facebook.

Current COVIDsafe measures allow us to once again welcome you in person though at this stage attendance is limited. Only people who have submitted a request to speak will be able to attend in person if the request indicates such a preference. All other public participation options are still available including submitting a video recording with transcript, voice recording with transcript or written statement.

Due to limited space in the Greensborough meeting rooms, there is no seating for the members of the public who wish to attend to speak. Speakers will be able to view the meeting in a separate socially distanced space and will be called into the council meeting at the time of the item.

The live stream allows you to tune in at any time and re-watch any point of the public meeting at your convenience wherever you have internet access.

The live stream is not interactive: any comments or private messages directed to us while the stream is live will not be presented to Council or have a bearing on the conduct of the meeting.

Future Council meetings

Council is working towards holding council meetings in the Council Chambers at Ivanhoe Library and Cultural Hub. There will be limited seating due to social distancing requirements.
