Hurstbridge line construction blitz

Tue 24 April, 2018

Hurstbridge line works extended

The major construction blitz has been extended to the last service on Sunday 6 May 2018.

The Level Crossing Removal Authority discuss in detail the reason for the extension.

To see the Hurstbridge train line upgrades completed the Level Crossing Removal Authority has organised a major construction blitz from mid-March to end of April 2018.

During this time temporary changes are required impacting people on foot, using trains and on the road. This page summarises the impacts, though they are subject to change - it is recommended that you follow PTVLevel Crossing Removal Authority and VicRoads on Twitter to monitor changes.

Local businesses on Beetham Parade, Turnham Avenue and Ellesmere Parade will remain open as usual with access maintained throughout the works.

If you have any queries regarding the works or disruptions during this time, please contact the Level Crossing Removal Authority on 1800 762 667 or via email
