Tue 19 June, 2018

The Minister for Planning is exhibiting Banyule Planning Scheme Amendment C123 from Monday 18 June – Friday 20 July 2018.

The Amendment proposes to permanently implement mandatory building height controls within the Ivanhoe Activity Centre.

The changes are proposed to apply to sites in non-residential zones in the Design and Development Overlay 11 (DDO11) of the Banyule Planning Scheme.

The Minister for Planning introduced these mandatory height controls to the DDO11 on a temporary basis on 9 November 2017 through Amendment C122. Amendment C123 proposes to make these mandatory height controls permanent.
