North East Link draft Environmental Effects Statement scope

Fri 25 May, 2018

The North East Link project is moving forward and set to run through the heart of Banyule.

The immense scale of this project means it will greatly impact a range of areas including the environment, public health and access. The Victorian Government has released its draft Scoping Requirements for the Environmental Effects Statement, outlining the issues that need to assessed and addressed before construction starts.

This is your chance to see if your concerns are being addressed.

Council will be making a submission and you can too by 12 June 2018.

Submissions do not have to be complex or extensive, though it is important you express your concerns now.

Make a submission

The last day the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) will accept submissions is 12 June 2018. Submissions will be considered and used during the finalisation of the scoping requirements.

Note, your submission will be treated as a public document.
