Council is looking for passionate members of the Banyule community or professionals working in related fields to apply for newly vacant positions in its community advisory committees.
Banyule advisory committees give advice to Council and provide important links between the community, Council, government agencies as well as a wide range of interest groups.
“We welcome and value the knowledge and experience of people who want to support, strengthen and represent our diverse communities,” said Banyule Mayor Cr Mark Di Pasquale. “These committees really contribute to our work, providing vital input and genuine feedback.”
Council is accepting nominations for the following committees:
Meetings usually take place at the Council’s Greensborough and Ivanhoe offices at regular intervals throughout the year. Membership of each committee is for a two-year term.
