Council supports marriage equality

Fri 15 September, 2017

Banyule Gay Straight Alliance

Banyule Council supports marriage equality, irrespective of sex or gender identity, as resolved at a Council Meeting on 17 August 2015.

We encourage everyone, regardless of their views on marriage equality to show respect and understanding for one another.
For any members of the community who may be in need of support, please refer to the list of available services.

Marriage equality survey

The Australian Bureau of Statistics are running the national survey and can help if you need to organise a replacement survey, find out important dates and more.
