Banyule Mayor Cr Mark Di Pasquale said the record 12,000 votes in last year’s awards was a clear sign of how important local businesses are to residents.
“Over and over again residents last year voted for businesses they said were friendly, welcoming and warm.
“I encourage all local residents to vote this year either in person or online so the best local businesses are acknowledged for their commitment to providing high quality service."
Every local person who votes will be in the running to win $1000. Voting can be done at one of Council’s three service centres or any Australia Post Office in Banyule, or online at banyule.vic.gov.au/bestbiz
Winners will be announced at the 2018 Banyule BestBiz Awards presentation at Cellini Lounge Bar in Heidelberg on 24 October.
Ticketing information will appear on banyulebusiness.com.au soon.
