New civic office opens

Council’s new civic office above WaterMarc at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough, opens on Tuesday 18 April. The new office provides expanded customer service facilities, with a one-stop shop for payments and enquiries, including for planning and building permits (BPi).

New indoor stadium to be built

Banyule Council, in partnership with La Trobe University, is investing $5M in a new six-court indoor stadium providing much needed community access to basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal facilities.

Sensory Friendly Festivals win gold award

Look what's popping up in Watsonia

Banyule’s first ever pop-up park has sprung up in Watsonia and is hosting a feast of activities until 23 April, including neighbours’ nights out, complete with music and food trucks, and lots of school holiday activities for children.

Level Crossing Removal update
