Accessing information – Documents for Public Inspection

The Local Government Act 1989 and the Local Government Regulations 2015 requires Banyule to collect certain kinds of information relevant to our responsibilities as a local government organisation.  

The following information is available on this page or available for inspection at the Council offices at 275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe.  Further information is available from the Governance Department on 9490 4222.

made by the Council in the previous 12 months, including the names of persons who, or bodies which, have received a donation or grant and the amount of each donation or grant.

 

 

Election Campaign Donations

 

Election Campaign Donations Register or the complete returns are available for inspection by members of the public at Council Ivanhoe office during normal business hours.
